Scaffold generates a professional branded PDF from any estimate — ready to email, print, or hand to the homeowner on the spot.
Open the estimate you want to export.
Click the ••• menu in the top right and select Download PDF.
The PDF generates in seconds and downloads to your device.
The PDF includes: your company logo and contact info, the homeowner's name and address, all estimate tiers with pricing and descriptions, your license number (if added in Settings), and a signature block.
Add your company logo at Settings → Company → Upload Logo. It appears on every proposal, estimate PDF, and email header automatically.
PDFs are also automatically generated and archived when an estimate is signed — you'll always have a signed copy on record.
