If your PDF proposals are showing a placeholder logo, no logo, or an outdated logo, here's how to fix it.
Go to Settings → Company Profile.
Under Company Logo, check what's currently uploaded. If it's blank or incorrect, click Upload New Logo.
Select your logo file. Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, SVG. For best results, use a PNG with a transparent background at least 400×400px.
Click Save Company Profile.
Go back and generate a new PDF from any estimate. Your new logo should appear.
Logo changes apply to all future PDFs. Existing downloaded PDFs will not update automatically — you'll need to re-download them.
For the sharpest results on proposals, use a square or horizontal logo on a transparent PNG background. Logos with white backgrounds can look mismatched against the proposal's white header.
